Tuesday 23rd March: Today Kay (P5) finished "The Elephant that ran over the Girl" , Lucy (P5) finished " The Fight" , James (P6) finished "Winter Olympics" and Charlotte (P3) finished "Aliens Meet Burravoe School".
Monday 22nd March: Today Brydon (P5) finished "Night Postman".
Friday 19th March: Today Elouise (P4) finished "Monster in the Arctic" and Jake (P2) finished "Beetle and Monster".
Thursday 18th March: Today some of the peerie ones finished their own animations.

Wednesday 17th March: We had a whole day of making animation.
Tuesday 16th March: This afternoon Mr. Edwards came.
Monday 15th March:This afternoon the dentist came.
Friday 12th March: The peerie ones tried out some animation skills; they learned how to use the webcam; Brydon showed them how to use the software;they need a story, a setting and characters. Some of the girls went early because it was girls' night at youth club.The boys made pea shooters at after school club.
Thursday 11th March: In PE the older ones started badminton and the little ones did gymnastics.
Wednesday 10th March: Elouise finished her 2CASS story today.

Tuesday 9th March: P3-P6 went to the music festival. We sat there for a very, very long time. We played Ghostbusters. We got a silver award. We had dinner eventually at the Skippydock. We got to have anything we wanted. We went to the museum. We looked at the crofting bit. We went in the trowie knowie.
Friday 5th March: P5 have been working on stories using our new software called 2Create a Super Story. 2Simple have asked us to send the stories to them as well as putting them on our website. We hope you enjoy them.

Thursday 4th March: Today is World Book Day; to celebrate we had a poetry morning including joining in with the live "Meet an Author" Event with Michael Rosen. The event was recorded and you can see it here. The final sections are from the event for secondary pupils which was in the afternoon.


Wednesday 3rd March:Today we still have lots of snow on the ground but it was a lovely sunny day so we could go out to play.

Elouise finished her powerpoint about rivers; please have a look, it is very good! It is a big file so might take a while to open.
Today was World Maths Day; we started the day by thinking of all the ways people use mathematics in everyday situations; it was a very long list! We celebrated the day by designing and making our own maths games. They had to have rules and a scoring system.
Tuesday 2nd March: Today we came back to school after snow closures and then a long weekend.
