Wednesday 28th June
Today The School Board had its last ever meeting and handed over to the new Parent Council. We celebrated the occasion by having an evening of activities for parents to share with their children.
Friday 22nd June
This afternoon we walked to the Hall to have a practice of our end of term play.
Wednesday 20th June
Today Miss Anderson, Vladik and Nathan went to Mid Yell for the transition day part of our LTS Numeracy project. They all had a good day of problem solving activities.
Monday 11th June
We are doing a topic about the sea so today we went down to the beach to look in the rockpools.
Friday 8th June
In the morning, Sarah, from Y Dance, and Donna came to give us our last dance session.
In the afternoon Steven took P5, P6 and P7 for a sailing lesson.
Tuesday 5th June
Today we went to Baltasound School for a Determined to Succeed Celebration. We had to do different challenges. At the end Morgan Goodlad, Shetland's Chief Executive, presented us with a certificate for the work we have done this year.
On the way home we went to Kirkhoull Strawberries to see how they grow strawberries in their polytunnels. Jem showed us around and told us what they have to do. She gave us some strawberries to take home.
