January 2008
Monday 28th January: Everyone was back today; lots of people have had flu this term and it was the first day for a while that everyone has been here.
Friday 25th January: Today we tried some Indian style sweets which we bought in Lerwick.

Wednesday 23rd January: Today we made naan bread. This took us longer than we thought because the yeast was slow to work. The recipe was similar to bread dough but we added yoghurt. Everyone liked eating these.

This afternoon Andy came and we sang a song in 2 part harmony. He explained to us about harmony and about rhythm. We did more work on our stories; Ross and Feionne are starting to think about music for their story.

Tuesday 22nd January: Today we made chapatis and ate them with our lunch. Sophie had made Indian breads before and showed us how to knead the dough properly.
