Monday 28th April: This morning we cooked our own dinner again as part of our Food for Thought Project. This time we made salmon parcels and salad.
Tuesday 22nd April: Today P7 went to Cullivoe School for the first of the P7/S1 transition days. P5 and P6 went to Brae for the Shetland Primary Schools' Hockey Festival. Back at school P1-P4 were busy planting some of the seeds which we hope are going to give us a Rainbow Harvest!
Monday 21st April: This morning we cooked our own lunch as part of our Food for Thought Project; we are going to be making different fish dishes over the next few weeks. Today we made cod fish fingers and salad. we made some bread in our bread machine too.
Friday 18th April: At the beginning of May we are going to meet some of the delegates who will be in Shetland for the UK Geoparks conference. We went down to the Old Haa to see what the Inukshucks were looking like today.
Tuesday 15th April: This morning Mrs Hargreaves and Mrs Crichton from Education Scotland came to see what we have been doing so far in our Food for Thought Project; everyone was able to talk to them about the work they had done.
We heard today that Magnie has arrived in Australia; Tipperary Station School have posted some photos of him at their school.
Over the holidays the Schools' Music Festival Committee had all the cups engraved and now we have got the cup we won for 1-3 Teacher School Group.
